Western Coventry Fire District -
New Summit Station

Many heart felt thanks to Mr. John Humble Chairman of the Building Committee and the committee members:  BOD Chairman Kent Novak, BOD Member Richard Holt, Chief Joel F. Pomfret, and Mr. Joe Tatro.  Your endless dedication to this project is greatly appreciated!

We moved into our new home away from home on September 26, 2009.

Always A Beautiful Sight!!!

Near the base of the American Flag is a monument that reads:  "In Memory Of Deceased Western Coventry Fire Fighters".  This speaks volumes as we lost some special individuals during the building of our station that will be greatly missed...

Chief (Ret.) Thomas Haynes
District Clerk Denis Fournier
Architect Roland Robert

Additionally...we would like to thank the men and women of the armed forces who continue to defend our country at home and abroad.  May they all come home safe.
