WCFD Board of Directors Meeting

Present:

Richard Holt, Kent Novak, Earl Mann, John Humble

Absent:

None

Also present:

Treasurer Underwood, Moderator Smith (left shortly after meeting was convened) and Taxpayers: Ken Jackson, Ginny Novak, and Skip Mays

Meeting was called to order at 6:34 pm by Chairperson Mann.

Develop 2010-2011 Fiscal Year Budget Based on Parameters Set at Annual Meeting:

The BOD reviewed all line items of the “Proposed 2010-2011 Budget” except for the line items in the category “Compensation”. By consensus they agreed to make the following cuts:

1) Account# 77000-Electricity: $8,000 to $7,500, savings: $500

2) Account# 70000-Building Maintenance: $7,1000 to $6,050, savings: $1,050

3) Account# 75500-Training and Administration: $16,535 to $15,035, savings: $1,500

Total Savings: $3,050

Next meeting May 5, 2010, 7:00pm to continue working on the budget.
