Wage adjustment figures compiled and provided to Chairman Mann. Awaiting directive to issue payroll. Might want to ask Glenn if this should be a separate check. Believe this item will be on the agenda for the 7/21/10 board meeting. Update: See documents regarding case brought to Labor Board.
Insurance/flood claim - All department vehicles have been serviced in accordance with the insurance company recommendations. Invoices have been received and forwarded to the adjuster for review/processing. Update: The adjust should have the insurance estimates ready today. FEMA is requesting they be submitted them ASAP as they will be shutting down the local branch.
Narcotic lock has been ordered should be received in early August.
Phone call returned from Abby…she will send necessary paperwork to set up a fuel account as requested. Paperwork received 7/21/10.
Apollo Safety working on a quote for quarterly calibration of station & portable gas/CO detection equipment. We have sent a list of our sensors/machines and serial numbers.
Fire/EMS details back on rotation schedule – scheduling done by Captain Guastini.
Issues with Rescue 8 rear A/C. Went to Diversified on July 7. Chief Brown of HHFD was nice enough to loan us his spare rescue. Our rescue was repaired and returned on July 8. Rescue 8 scheduled to go to Coventry Wheel & Brake on Wednesday, July 21 to have front end checked. Tires wearing poorly.
Medtronic was here July 14th to provide annual service on our Lifepack 12. SPO2 finger sensor replaced (under contract at no cost) as the machine was showing error codes due to the sensor.
