The last 2 sets of turn out gear have been ordered from Shipman’s.

All of the wild land gear has been issued

December 4, I received and  email from the feds, approving the final request for funds in the amount of $1780.  The treasures report should reflect this.

The grant period was over on December 7, and we have 90 days to submit a close out report. 

I will have the close out report done and reviewed by the Chief prior to the January 2009 board meeting, for board approval if necessary.  After the Chief has reviewed and approved the close out report (with board approval if necessary)  I will submit it to the feds. 

The close out report requires a narrative, and exact numbers. (Ie numbers of turn out gear, price paid per piece etc.)  My guess is that the close out report will require almost as much work as the initial grant request.
